A plain-language privacy policy.

When you request an assessment, we may collect your name, ZIP code, water source, home or workplace selection, organization name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, requested visit window, water needs, and marketing choice.

We also use PostHog for limited, cookieless website measurement. It is configured for pageviews only, without browser storage, person profiles, session replay, or automatic form and click capture. PostHog may briefly process technical details such as an IP address and browser information to create a rotating daily identifier; the site does not use that data to identify visitors.

We use information to respond to inquiries, confirm service availability, schedule assessments, prepare proposals, install and service equipment, operate and secure the website, and understand which pages are useful. We send occasional marketing email only when the separate optional box is checked. Phone numbers are used for responses, scheduling, and service—not marketing text messages.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate the website and respond, including Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery and opt-in email lists, Zoho CRM for managing assessment requests and follow-up, and PostHog for cookieless measurement. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.

Website inquiry information is generally kept for up to 24 months unless it becomes part of a customer record or must be retained longer for legal, operational, warranty, or service reasons. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be fully secure.

Marketing email is optional and includes an unsubscribe option. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, email privacy@hbspurewater.com. Some information may be kept when legally or operationally required.
